Obtained by a single continuous fermentation, without the addition of further sugars or yeast. Floral aroma given by the Loureiro variety and vibrant citrus from the Alvarinho, lingering yeast nuances typical from this style of sparkling. The bubble is fine and persistent with great texture on the palate and a touch of sweetness to balance the crisp acidity. This sparkling is a raw unfiltered and natural wine with all the original sediment inside.
