Pommard 1er Cru Clos Blanc is located along the Route des Grands Crus road just next to the entrance to the village of Pommard and is contiguous to Les Grands Epenots. It is named “Clos Blanc” because of the large concentration of limestone and clay, so much so that the soil appears white. Following the phylloxera crisis, this parcel was the first of the village to be replanted. – Importer
