L’archiviste Rivesaltes 1979

Description

This Rivesaltes 1979 was bottled exclusively for Martine’s Wines in celebration of their 40th Anniversary by Phillipe Gayral in December 2018. It was aged for the first 3 years in underground concrete tanks and then for 37 years in foudres, (large oak barrels) and was bottled straight from cask. Brilliant with desserts and cheese courses.
