Description

Cabernet Sauvignon with 20% Malbec and 5% Cabernet Franc, 100% from steep hillside vineyards of Rockpile. Small lot fermentations, 2-day cold soak extraction for concentrated flavors, 20 months in new and second fill French Oak. It is a big, bold wine of currant, blackberry, mocha and toasted coconut with hints of violet and black cherry on the nose, and fine, balanced tannin. Serve with brisket, spare ribs, polenta, paella. – Winery
