Description

The 2018 Chablis Mont de Milieu 1er Cru, which comes from 45-year-old vines and sees 8–15 months in stainless steel vats, offers undergrowth and grass clippings on the nose, which is one of the better ones from this domaine in this vintage. The palate is well balanced with crisp acidity. A gentle Mont de Milieu that might lack a little tension, but has an attractive spicy finish that feels well defined.
