Description

(the only one of these 2017s that had been racked and assembled by the time of my visit): Nose muted by a recent second dose of SO2. Broad but light on its feet, with white peach and apple aromas accented by spices and flowers. Not especially fleshy or sweet–or at least it’s not in an opulent phase today. From a 1970 planting. (13.2% natural alcohol)
