An easy-drinking blend of Carignan, Cinsault, Grenache, and Syrah that is fermented in cement vats then aged for 10 months in large oak barrels and cement vats. The Perrin family, also owners of the famous Château de Beaucastel, search for the most suitable terroirs to produce fresh and fruity wines.
