We could not be prouder of our 2017 Bunkhouse Cabernet Sauvignon! As we develop our vineyards, we continue to be rewarded with wines of great depth. Accompanying traditional notes of black currant, the nose is brimming with aromas of coffee, chocolate and baking spice. The entry to the palate is very elegant, with supple tannin countering a luxurious weight. The mid-palate is flush with sweet, red fruit flavors framed with hints of oak spice and tobacco.
