Description
Dry figs, sun dry prunes u0026amp; berries on the nose with sweet over ripe flavors of dry fruits. The grapes are harvested in September. They are then gently crushed and soft-pressed. The skins are kept in contact with the must for a long period of time. The must is then fermented but not completely, leaving about 30% of residual sugar. The wine is then aged. -Winery
