The new NV Manzanilla Navazos En Rama is the equivalent for the USA of the Manzanilla I Think, destined for markets other than Spain, the UK or Australia. Like the I Think, it is bottled unfined and unfiltered from a solera averaging four to five years of age. It’s younger than the Navazos Pasada or La Bota de bottlings but keeps the character of the Sanlúcar origin. It’s very Florpower with a pungent palate, very much about the soil, direct and vertical. This is sourced from some 60 casks and it filled 2,592 half bottles in May 2017.
