Description
100% of the fruit for this wine is sourced from the Redwood Hills, Awatere Valley. The fruit for this wine was grown on the lower and middle slopes of the hill. These naturally low cropping blocks produce wines with great concentration and purity. The fruit was harvested in the cool of the morning and transferred to the winery where it underwent temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks using carefully selected yeast cultures. The winemaking was straight forward, as the exceptional vintage required very little intervention. -Importer
